Many of my clients look for helpful tools to assist them in achieving their health goals.  One such tool that I use personally is the Fitbook.  This book is small enough to carry in your purse, and allows you to track your nutrition and exercise goals.  Numerous studies have shown that writing down your food and exercise goals can lead to better outcomes and results.  I find this book is a great motivator to stay fit!
