I am passionate about helping you reclaim the health and vitality that you are entitled to,  and that so many women have lost. As a wellness coach, I partner with you to improve your health and well-being in a variety of areas including your energy and stress reduction, sound nutrition, and exercise.  I want you to flourish.

Wellness involves a mindset and beliefs, not just "doing" such as exercise and good nutrition.  I will support you through behavior changes and coach you to adopt self- acceptance and self-care practices as a part of your lifestyle.  

Examples of the bad habits we can fall into include overeating when we are experiencing stress, skipping exercise, or getting too little sleep, all habits that can lead to low energy and poor health.  Furthermore, we rarely take time for reflection and self-care, which are essential elements of good health.  While we know what good health typically entails, we do not consistently engage in these behaviors.  Read on to learn how I can help you identify what is holding you back from reaching your goals.

Through wellness coaching you can learn how to develop a blueprint for well-being that is tailored to your life circumstances, and then adopt long lasting changes.  You are in charge of your lifestyle and health decisions.  As your coach I will support you to learn new skills, set realistic goals, and honor your well-being.
